Thank you for choosing One More Twist Book Box. This Subscription Policy explains how our book box subscriptions work, including payments, renewals, cancellations, shipping and changes to your subscription.

By purchasing a subscription with One More Twist Book Box, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. About Your Subscription

One More Twist Book Box offers recurring book box subscriptions designed to bring you a carefully curated thriller reading experience featuring books and bookish items.

When you subscribe, you agree to receive recurring monthly deliveries of your selected subscription box for the duration of your subscription.

Each box may include a carefully selected book and additional bookish items. While we take care to create a consistent experience for our subscribers, the exact contents of each box may vary from month to month.

2. Subscription Payments

By subscribing to One More Twist Book Box, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription plan.

Your initial payment will be processed at the time you place your subscription order. Future payments will be automatically charged on your subscription renewal date.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date. If a payment cannot be processed, we may contact you to update your payment information.

3. Subscription Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before your next billing date.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that your subscription will continue and that recurring payments will be charged until you cancel.

We recommend reviewing your subscription details and renewal date before cancelling to avoid being charged for your next box.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@onemoretwistbookbox.com.au.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription box, cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date.

If a payment has already been processed or your next box has already entered our fulfilment process, we may be unable to cancel that order.

Cancelling your subscription will prevent future renewals but will not automatically refund payments that have already been processed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or our Refund Policy.

5. Pausing or Skipping a Subscription

At this time, we do not offer the option to pause or skip subscription boxes. If you no longer wish to receive future boxes, you can cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Subscription boxes are shipped according to the delivery schedule outlined on our website.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping provider delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your subscription order. One More Twist Book Box is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Changes to Subscription Pricing

We may update subscription pricing from time to time due to changes in product costs, shipping expenses or other business requirements.

If there is a change to your subscription price, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price applies.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the updated price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

8. Changes to Subscription Boxes

We carefully select each month's book and accompanying items to create a unique reading experience.

Because boxes are curated in advance, we cannot guarantee that every book will suit every subscriber’s personal preferences. We encourage subscribers to review any available details about upcoming boxes before their renewal date.

We may make changes to box contents, suppliers, packaging or included items where necessary.

9. Refunds and Returns

Due to the curated and limited nature of our subscription boxes, refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
